Where to watch and follow the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice

© IRONMANNice hosts the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September. Nearly 6,500 athletes will take the start across the two days. Here’s the full schedule and everything you need to follow the racing live.

Saturday 12 September
7:00 a.m.: Pro women’s start, Plage des Ponchettes
7:10 to 9:15 a.m. : Age-group women’s wave starts, Plage des Ponchettes
11:20 a.m.: Approximate finish time for the first women, Promenade des Anglais
Sunday 13 September
7:00 a.m.: Pro men’s start, Plage des Ponchettes
7:10 to 9:13 a.m.: Age-group men’s wave starts, Plage des Ponchettes
10:50 a.m.: Approximate finish time for the first men, Promenade des Anglais

Both races will be broadcast live and free of charge worldwide on the IRONMAN YouTube channel, streamed on the IRONMAN PRO Series website and broadcast live on DAZN.
Live coverage starts at 6:30 a.m. on both race days. The commentary team will feature former Australian IRONMAN world champion Mirinda Carfrae and journalist Will McCloy, alongside former Swiss and Australian IRONMAN world champions Daniela Ryf and Craig Alexander. Former triathletes Laura Siddall and James Cunnama will provide updates from out on the course.
In France, La Chaîne l’Equipe and l’Equipe Live will broadcast the races live, along with full highlights.
In Germany, HR TV will provide live coverage and a 45-minute highlights show.
In Spain, RTVE will provide live coverage and a 45-minute highlights show.
In Scandinavia and the Netherlands, coverage will be provided by Viaplay
In South Africa, Supersport will provide television coverage.
In China, iQIYI will cover the event live.
In the United States and Canada, Outside TV will offer a 45-minute highlights show.
In the Caribbean and Latin America, ESPN (via Disney+) will provide live coverage and a 45-minute highlights show.
